Three-Tube Vibrating Mills

Vibrating Mills are used in the coal power industry, in the coal processing sector, in ceramics, as well as in the chemical and pit and quarry industry for fine and finest grinding of various feed materials. The feed material/product in the grinding cylinders is ground by grinding media (rods or balls), which constantly receives impulses from the circular vibrations of the mill. The grinding action itself is produced by the rotation in opposite direction and by continuous head-on collisions of the grinding media. The throughput capacity is up to 15 t/h, crushing ratio is up to 40 µm.

Feed materials: coal, coke, ash, charcoal, dolomite, marble, limestone, bentonite.
