Impact Hammer Mills are used in the mining sector and in the pit and quarry industry for primary and secondary crushing of different types of ore and medium-hard rock with a throughput capacity of 1.500 t/h. The crushing ratio is up to 1:15.
After entering the crushing radius of the rotor, the feed material is grasped by the flexible beater heads and crushed by the force of its impact by being thrown against the grinding wall. As the grinding walls are arranged on both sides, the direction of the rotor can be changed (reversible design) so that the beater heads can be used to the optimum.
Feed materials: hard rock, different types
of ore, limestone and gypsum.
