Roller Screens

Roller Screens are used in the limestone/gypsum industry, in the power and the basic industry, in particular in coal handling plants. The space-saving design allows a classification, pre-screening and control screening of coarse and wet products at a reduced wear rate. The material is fed to the screening surface, which consists of rotating rolls. The feed material is further conveyed by the roller screen rolls and those parts of the feeding materials, which can be screened, pass the gap of the rolls. Throughput capacity is up to 5.000 t/h, cut size is up to 25-300 mm.
