Swivel-Arm Crushers

Swivel-Arm Crushers are mainly used in large-scale power plants for processing of lignite in the first crushing stage, as well as for separation of foreign particles. They consist of one main shaft, which is equipped with rotating arms. The rotating arms are fitted with driven crushing discs. Swivel-Arm Crushers are used in combination with Roller Screens. They are installed above the screening surface of the roller screens. The crushable constituents of the feed material are crushed between the crushing discs and the pressure rolls and pass subsequently the screening openings. In case of foreign particles the slewable arms is lifted automatically and the foreign particles are fed separately to the overflow. Throughput capacity is up to 5.000 t/h.
