Four Roll Crushers are used in open pit mining, in the iron and steel industry, as well as in power plants for crushing of soft to medium-hard feed materials. The feed material is fed over the whole width of the rolls via conveyors. Crushing in the first crushing stage is attained by counter-rotating rolls, which are fitted with teeth according to the specified feed material. The material is then fed to the second crushing stage where it is further crushed by counter-rotating rolls.
Throughput capacity is up to 200 t/h, feed size may be up to 150 mm and product size may be less than 3 mm. The crushing ratio of each crushing stage is approx. 1:4.
Feed materials: coal, coke, lime, gypsum and different types of salt.
